The third parties that process data on our behalf on Nokkam cloud, what each one touches, and what never reaches them.
How to read this page
A sub-processor is a third party that may handle your data as part of running Nokkam. This page lists the category, what it touches and where processing happens. We tell customers before adding a sub-processor that touches project files, and 30 days before one that touches them changes.
Where sub-processors apply
Nokkam Desk runs on your workstation. Nothing on this page touches it. Sub-processors apply to Nokkam Bench when it runs on Nokkam cloud, the default deployment. If Bench runs on your private cloud or your own servers, including fully offline, we have no sub-processors on your data. Your own vendors are yours.
What never reaches a sub-processor
- A host application's model. Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD and SolidWorks models never leave your machine through the pane. Only files a person exported reach Nokkam, and only what your data policy allows.
- Anything the model gateway blocks. Your data posture is enforced before a step leaves Bench.
- Your signature. Decisions are recorded in the ledger, not sent to a third party.
Current categories, Nokkam cloud
- Cloud hosting and storage. Running Bench: project records, the ledger, standards and libraries, exchange files.
- Model inference. Generating plans, drafts and summaries from your task and your files. Applies only when the model runtime is Nokkam cloud. A private cloud or local model replaces it.
- Cloud automation, opt-in. A vendor's cloud service turns Nokkam's model into a native file, for example a Revit file. Used only where you have allowed your data to reach that vendor, and never by default.
- Transactional email. Decision queue notifications and account messages. Task titles only, no file content.
- Error and performance monitoring. Operational logs. No project files, no ledger entries.
- Payments and invoicing. Billing details. No project files.
