How Kriyaetive Verse Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses and protects personal data.

1. Who we are
Kriyaetive Verse Pvt. Ltd., WeWork Olympia Cyberspace, No 21/22, Alandur Road, Arulayiammanpet, 2nd Street, Guindy, Chennai 600032, India. For business customers we act as a data processor for the content you put into the workbench, and as a data controller for account and billing data.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, company.
- Content you submit: job instructions and work artifacts such as drawings and rate lists.
- Approval records: who asked, who signed, what ran, what it cost.
- Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, operational logs.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service you asked for, to keep an accurate record of approvals and spend, to bill you, to secure the service, and to meet legal obligations. We rely on performance of contract, legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.
4. Model training
We do not train models on your work artifacts. Where a job uses a model, your content is sent for inference only, under agreements that prohibit training on it.
5. Sharing
With sub-processors listed on our sub-processors page, with your own team as configured in your workspace, and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
As described in data handling. Artifacts are deleted within 30 days of a verified request after termination, subject to minimum accounting records.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, portability and objection, subject to applicable law including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR where it applies. Write to privacy@kriyaetive.com. You may also contact our grievance officer.
8. International transfers
Processing may occur outside India where a sub-processor operates elsewhere, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
9. Changes
We will post changes here and notify customers of material changes before they take effect.
