How we work
Small team, a real client from week one, and no work that only exists to look like progress. You will sit with a fabricator's drawing office and watch where the week goes. Most of our best decisions came from that, not from a planning session.
What we look for
- You can explain your work to an owner who has never used an AI tool.
- You are comfortable saying a result did not hold up.
- Depth in one domain: engineering drawings, applied ML, or product design that survives contact with a shop floor.
- Tamil is useful and never required.
Open roles
We post roles when a client need is real, not to build a pipeline. Right now we are talking to applied ML engineers with drawing or CAD exposure, and to a designer who wants to own the workbench end to end. Nothing else is open.
