Data processing addendum

Roles

You are the data controller for content you put into the workbench. Kriyaetive Verse Pvt. Ltd. is the processor and processes it only on your documented instructions.

Subject matter and duration

Processing is limited to providing Nokkam for the term of your order, plus the deletion window described in data handling.

Our commitments

• Process only on your instructions, and tell you if an instruction appears unlawful.
• Keep appropriate technical and organisational measures, summarised in the security overview.
• Bind our people to confidentiality and limit access to what the job needs.
• Use only the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, with notice before additions.
• Assist with data subject requests, impact assessments and audits, reasonably and at cost where substantial.
• Notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your content.
• Delete or return content on termination, per your instruction.

Model training

Your content is never used to train models. Inference providers are contractually prohibited from training on it.

Transfers

Where processing occurs outside India, appropriate safeguards apply, including standard contractual clauses when required.
