Four rules
Everything we ship traces to one of them.
Nokkam drafts. The tools compute. A person signs.
Nokkam writes the plan and the draft. Every number, quantity and check is computed by tools that give the same answer every time, not guessed in a sentence. A person reads the result and signs it. If an idea does not fit those three steps, it does not ship.
Two endings only.
Work finishes with its evidence attached, or it stops and asks you a question. There is no third ending: no mostly done, no quiet guess. Stopping is a feature we are proud of.
Being wrong and sounding certain is the only unforgivable error.
Before Nokkam runs on live work we replay it against jobs your team has already finished and count three things: what it matched, what it stopped to ask about, and what it got wrong while sounding certain. The third count has to be zero. Mistakes have to turn into questions.
Data stays where it was born.
Your documents stay in your own space and never train anything. What can improve the product is the shape of a problem, never the contents of your files, and only if you agree to it.
