Data handling
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what we will never do with it.
What we hold
- Work artifacts created by you or by Nokkam: drawings, sheets, bills of materials, quotes.
- Work records: the plan, the spending limit, the refusals, and every approval with the name attached.
- Account data: names, work emails, roles.
- Operational logs needed to run and debug the service.
Why
To deliver the job you asked for, to show you a truthful record of it, and to bill against the ceiling you agreed. Nothing else.
Retention
Artifacts and records stay while your workspace is active. On termination we delete artifacts within 30 days of a verified request, and keep only the minimum approval record needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
What we do not do
We do not train models on your work. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We do not use one client's rates or drawings to answer another client's job.
