Terms of service

Effective: to be set on publication.

1. The service

Nokkam lets your team hand work to AI, review the resulting plans and artifacts, and approve them. Output is a draft for your review. You remain responsible for what you approve, ship, and rely upon.

2. Your account

You are responsible for who you invite, the roles you grant, and keeping credentials secure. Approval rights belong to named people and cannot be assigned to the AI.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the artifacts and data you submit and in the output produced for you. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you.

4. Spend and ceilings

Each job runs against a ceiling agreed before it starts. If a job needs more, it stops and asks. Charges are as set out in your order or wallet terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to the acceptable use policy. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service, other clients, or people at risk.

6. Professional responsibility

Nokkam does not certify engineering work. Structural and electrical calculations, statutory approvals and professional sign-off remain the responsibility of your qualified engineer.

7. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and will tell you honestly when we fall short. Specific commitments, if any, are in your order.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as described in your order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out there. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Term and termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the order. On termination you may export your artifacts, and we delete them as described in data handling.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, unless your order says otherwise.
