We collect as little as we can, on purpose. This page explains what that means in practice on kriyaetive.com.
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
Alongside each submission, our infrastructure records limited technical information: your browser's user agent string, an approximate country derived by our hosting provider from your network connection, and the time you wrote to us. We use this only to understand and prevent abuse of the form.
That is all. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments on this website, and we do not collect any other personal data from your visit.
To read your message and reply to you. That is the only purpose.
When you submit the contact form, you consent to our using the details above to respond to you. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as set out under Your rights below.
Submissions are stored in a database operated for us by Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider. The site is served from Cloudflare's global network, so your message may be processed in data centres outside India in the course of delivering the site and storing what you sent.
We keep contact submissions only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and we remove them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. To make any of these requests, email us at hello@kriyaetive.com and tell us what you would like. We will act on it.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
